Heard from the HR dept colleague, one of the colleague went into the hospital due to 3 blood vessel is being block. And he's having oprating on his heart and now in ICU. He's someone i know from the Company event(bowling) which is same team as me. He's a veri nice guy man. I'm sad a heard this news.

That's make me more conscious for my own health. I gonna force myself to execise (which i hate it), eat in healty diet and drink more water. Buy insurance. haha.
